Sonia has been a practising therapist for over 2 years. Having fully qualified in 2004, Sonia decided to practice professionally. Although working full-time for an American software company in Reading, she provided mobile treatments during the evenings and at weekends.

Her excitement at the benefits her clients received through her work encouraged her to further train as a Reflexologist in 2005 at the Complementary Therapy School. This new therapy was to enhance her skills even further and deepen her interest in the many benefits of Complementary Treatments.

During this transition in her career from a sedentary office worker into the world of the natural health practitioner Sonia began to build a busy mobile practice. Providing a range of complementary therapies for those at work and mobile to their homes, she constantly welcomed the feedback she received from her clients with regard to the therapies they were most interested in. From the feedback she gained she decided to expand her skills and qualify as a Reiki Practitioner in the Summer of 2006.

2006 has brought new opportunities for Sonia as she formed the North Berkshire Practitioners Group initially for fellow therapists, this has now expanded to include Students and the General Public. The North Berkshire Practitioners Group is a forum for those practising and interested in the world of complementary therapies to meet on bi-monthly basis to learn/share and gain knowledge from each others experiences. Talks have included Ayurvedic Treatments, Networking to looking at areas of expanding your business.

Sonia tailors her treatments to suit each individual client. No two treatments are ever the same as the physical and emotional health of her clients can change from day to day. Her aim is to assist in improving the health and outlook of her clients each time they receive a treatment.

Sonia is happy to provide talks on complementary therapies and also to meet those who are interested in learning more about the North Berkshire Practitioners Group.
