Neuromuscular Technique (NMT)

Is another form of massage treatment which looks specifically at acute and chronic muscular injuries such as head aches, neck aches, neck stiffness, frozen shoulders, tennis elbows, back injuries etc to name a few. 

With focus on the the actual injuries, using specialist techniques in helping to alleviate pain and pressure. 

NMT is especially of benefit to those who have acute (injuries occurred in the last 3 weeks) or chronic (lasting over 3 weeks). 

This is an excellent treatment if you want to increase the range of movements in your head, neck or shoulder area
